GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS | Karim Chelli EU
1. Scope
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern your access to and the use of the online course and all additional services provided by Karim Chelli EU (also the “Coach”). The Coach is providing coaching for professional poker players.
1.2. By enrolling in and accessing the courses, you (also the “Professional”) agree, to be bound by these GTC and confirm to be a professional poker player over the age of 18.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
2.1. To enroll in the online course, you must complete the registration process including providing accurate and current information. You agree to keep your data up-to-date.
2.2. Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the course material for the duration specified in the course description. Access may be subject to compliance with these GTC and payment of any applicable fees.
3. Payment and Refunds
3.1. You agree to pay all fees associated with your enrollment before gaining access to the online course.
3.2. Karim Chelli EU offers a 10-day money-back guarantee for his 3-day-online course. If you are not satisfied with the services, you may request a refund and explain your reasons under [email protected] within the first 10 days after purchase.
4. Course Content
4.1. All course content, including but not limited to text, videos, images and materials, are the property of Karim Chelli EU and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content solely for your personal use as a professional poker player.
4.3 You must not copy, reproduce, record, share, distribute, or create derivative works of the course content without the prior written consent of Karim Chelli EU. Any violation results in the immediate removal from the Program without refund. The Professional indemnifies and holds Karim Chelli EU harmless for any damages, loss of profits, expenses and legal costs including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the violation.
4.4. In case of a violation of this clause 4 you shall pay a contractual penalty in the amount of EUR 10,000 (Euro ten thousand) irrespective of the damage and fault. The assertion of further damages remain unaffected.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1. You agree to commit to the course and understand that it will require active participation and effort.
5.2. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.3. You acknowledge and agree that we collect and process your activities in the online course. You may request at any time via e-mail to [email protected] that your data is deleted, except data that needs to be saved for mandatory legal purposes for a certain period of time.
6. Changes to Courses
We may update, modify or change the online course and its content and materials at our sole discretion.
7. Govering Law and Jurisdiction
7.1. These GTC are governed by the laws of Austria (excluding its conflict of law principles).
7.2. An disputes arising from or relating to these GTC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
8. Miscellaneous
If any provision of the GTC is held invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision which comes as close as legally possible to the original intentions of the provision and this GTC.
